Delete your ABAReady account

Last updated: October 14, 2026

ABAReady™ is the platform at app.intake2treatment.com and the ABAReady app for iPhone and Android, used by ABA therapy practices and the families they serve. This page is how you ask for your sign-in account to be deleted, and what that does and does not remove.

Who this is for

Anyone with an ABAReady sign-in: a practice staff member with an ABAReady login, or a parent or guardian with a family portal account. If you have accounts at more than one practice, one request covers all of them for the same email address.

How to ask

  1. Enter the email address you sign in with, below, and we email it a six-digit code. If you are signed in, one tap does the same without a code.
  2. Enter the code to confirm. That is the verification: only someone who can read that mailbox can ask.
  3. You get a receipt by email. The practices that hold an account for the address are told, so they can plan for it, and ABAReady support closes the account within 30 days. You get a second email when it is done.

You can also write to contact@abaintake2treatment.com from the address on the account; we will send the same code to confirm it.

What is removed

  • Your sign-in: the account is closed and cannot be used again. ABAReady uses no passwords; the passkeys and saved devices on the account are removed.
  • Signed-in sessions on every device, and the registrations that let the app send notifications to your phone.
  • Your notification and communication preferences for the account.

What stays, and for how long

Deleting your sign-in is not the same as deleting the records a healthcare practice is required to keep. ABAReady holds those records on the practice’s behalf under a Business Associate Agreement and cannot delete them on a request to the practice’s vendor.

  • Records your ABA practice must keep under HIPAA and state law: messages exchanged with the practice, forms you submitted, consents and signatures, appointment and treatment records. The practice keeps these for at least six years and is the one to ask about them.
  • The security audit trail: who accessed what and when, including the fact that the account existed and when it was closed. Audit records are kept for at least six years.
  • For staff: the employment, credentialing and training records the practice keeps about its team.

To ask about those records, contact your practice directly; its contact details are in the app and in the messages you have received from it.

Make the request

We send a six-digit code to that address. It expires in 15 minutes.
